THE PAID RELUCTANT

We,the people of this world are always engaged in so many different activities. In other words we all are serving our society, Nation or this world in so many different ways. The professionals,business entrepreneurs,industrialists,from a peon to the head officials in a company, in a business house or in any federal/government departments,etc. we all provide our services,skills and efforts to the society and obviously we are getting paid for that.

Among us,some perform our duties very well but,some of us really don't. In this blogg we will discuss about the people who are not doing or perform their duties very well. Inspite of getting paid,people don't give their full devotion to their work,they just ignore or neglect the assigned work to them instead. These are the ones to whom we can call or named them as " The Paid Reluctant ".

The success of any business,industry, department etc, depends upon the faithful and devoting work done by all the people attached to it. Many of us used to go in different offices for our work and meet with different officers or staff employees and personnel. Similarly ,so many times we usually faces the ignorance and negligence from these " The Paid Reluctant ".

So many departments having long lines,people kept waiting for their turns but,the attending officers are always busy talking on phones,gossiping with colleagues,discussing political issues,betting on sport matches,having lunch after lunch hours. Such people are " The Paid Reluctant ".

Some one takes a leave from his/her office,school,hospital or any kind of duty just for a small or big paper work from a particular department but they faces lots of problem like sending here and there,this building to that one,this cabin to that one even this table to that table, atlast the time passes and he/she is asked to come tomorrow or next week. The officials and staff treats them like a ball to be kicked here and there. What will you say to these ignoring people ??? Yes definately, they are " The Paid Reluctant".

Lots of people dying because of the negligence and ignorance in the hospitals, lots of people suffering from so many problems because of long delayed work,lots of people can't getting their rights and facilities just because of such ignorance,lots of cases are pending in the courts,lots of old people like senior citizens too waiting for their pensions going to offices again and again. Files are being put aside and the funds/aids for the deserving poor people is not given for long years. There are so many things that makes the people to suffer and the main reason to make a nation back and sick. The people behind all these problems and sufferings are " The Paid Reluctant ".
