HOW TO LOOSE EXCESSIVE WEIGHT

Gaining of weight is a very common problem in our life today. Most of us are suffering from this problem because of our changed lifestyle and busy schedule. Obesity is also the main reason behind this as the

more and more fats start accumulating in our body that results in gaining of weight, odd looks and so many internal health issues. Besides this some people usually says that obesity and gaining of weight is a curse too. There are so many other reasons behind this and fortunately likewise remedies/solutions also that needs to be consider. Let's discuss it with some following points.

1. Always try to maintain the schedule n time of everything you do in your daily life. Sleeping late at night,waking up late in the morning,having meals on different times span,sometimes early and sometimes late is a very big reason of increasing in weight and obesity. Everything in mannered way and on time will help you a lot. In other words you should have to change the lifestyle that you have compromised. Surely it is good for your healthy life as it is good to loose the increased weight too.

2. Always eat fresh,less oily and less spicy food. Please avoid JUNK and PRESERVED foods,sugary snacks and high calorie beverages too as these things increase the accumulation of fats in our body.


Every knowledge and information is available on GOOGLE ,today. Its better to search for those meals that are good in proteins,vitamins, iron,minerals, healthy fats and other nutrients. Maximum use of fresh vegetables and fruits are best for your health. Vegetables and fruits are easily available and quite affordable too. With this a proper balanced diet is much good for your health and really helps you to loose your over weight.

3. Always give some time for exercising to make your body fit and healthier. Walking,jogging and swimming are some of the best exercises you can do.In fact you can join GYM too, not for doing heavy weight lifting or shaping like a model body but,just to be fit and reducing the weight. There are some others ways like Meditation and yoga that helps you to reduce your fat and weight of your body. It is observed that doing


considerable and consistent exercise in your daily routine is much better in losing the excessive weight of the body.

4. Always try to do more and more physical activities instead of using other easy means. Just suppose you need a packet of milk and for that either you call for home delivery or using your bike or scooty to get it. Now this is a good chance for you to take a brisk walk and get the stuff rather sitting home and order for it. Give regular movements to your body in doing such little works. Besides, doing exercise and having balanced diet ,these little activities also helps in losing the excessive weight of your body.

5. Always be stick to your decision of losing excessive weight. It means to be consistent and determined with your will power. People usually join a Gym for weight loss or start having balanced diet,but soon their enthusiasm goes down in 1 or 2 weeks. Again same stressful routine,no proper time to eat and no healthy food intake persists. So, it is very important to be strong and strict with your decisions and with your will power for reducing the fats and excessive weight from your body.

6. Always spare time in a month or two for your health checkup. Consult with a doctor regularly,have a good diet plan and lifesty


le plan as well. We are giving lots of time to our work,to our hobbies, to our family and friends, it's good but one should have to give some time for the health of our body too. Our body gains the weight very fast that can't be easily reduced. A regular ,check up and good diet with proper time schedule is must. Sometimes it is observed that inspite of having vegetables n fruits doing meditation and exercise nothing works at all. In that case too consulting with your doctor is good as there might be some internal issues with your body. A doctor can detect such disorders with the help of a check up and only then he will tell you about which vegetable or fruit is good for the losing of weight and fats from your body.

7. Always drink plenty of water daily in the morning ,afternoon ,in the evening or when ever you want to. A digestive system filled with water ,can easily digest the food which helps in stopping the accumulation of fats that increase the weight in our body. Sometimes people are so hungry and they just start eating leaving the thirst behind. This is very dangerous for our body. Drinking a glass or two before any meal is the best practice as it helps in digestion and makes you to eat less. Ultimately, less eating is a good sign of losing excessive weight. 

8. Always do remember to chew the food and not to swallow it. A famous Islamic preacher and scholar adviced to his son that " my son never give the excess work to your intestines,the work which your teeth should have to do ". Chew the food properly that helps your body to digest it fast and easily. A properly digested food will never make any kind of unhealthy fats in your body and helps to maintain the weight of your body. 

9. Always try to be patient with yourself. An increased belly or increased weight can't be reduced with a blink of an eye. It will take some time that needs to be managed. The above certain things you have to do regularly with a positive stance and having patience. Skipping of routine diet and being less punctual will not give any positive result. In fact such disturbing acts and disorders will increase fats in your body. So,it's good to have patience and be consistent with your health and with your routines that you plan for reducing excessive weight. 

10. In my humble opinion i must say and in fact i request you to please be cognitive,conscious and concerned about the excessive weight as it is not just a weight gain,it bring lots of diseases and disorders in your body too.
