THE SECRETS OF BEING HEALTHY

 A good health is the greatest gift from God and to maintain it,is the best skill that anyone has in his/her life. This is versatile topic to discuss and explain and it can't be completed in a single blogg. Many books had been written and can be written further more on this topic.

Everyone wants to be healthy and fit,for that people usually do lot of things and precisely spends a lot too. People seems to be very concern about their health or we can say they are health conscious too.

In my humble opinion, there are only 3 categories of" The Secrets Being HEALTHY" that we all should have :;

A healthy body: Our body includes all the parts from head to toe,inside or outside. All these parts are connected to other parts by the veins and arteries. Before the time of  birth our body is developing inside the womb of our mother. All the precautions are taken by our beloved moms to make the child healthy and fit.After birth again very special care continues till our schooling and so on. Besides this lovely care, there are some ways by which we can make our body healthy.                                                                  1, Do the exercise daily, at least a routine for 30 minutes steady walk is quite helpful.        2, Eat less and fresh food in breakfast and dinner. Eat for living,don't live for eating.      3, Avoid having oily and spicy food and avoid fast food too. Chew the food properly so that the intestine and the liver will be happy always.                                                        4, Drink lots of water and avoid soft drinks. Juices are the best intake for making our body healthy so use them often.                        5, Never stop the urine or toilet as lots of health issue occurs just because of this stopping.                                                                6, Take bath daily and always wash your hands before eating.                                            7, Go to bed early at night and wake up early in the morning. 

A healthy mind : Although our mind is also a part of our body but,it has a strong impact that differs it from the other parts of our body. Other parts are working with a routine but mind has the power to control all the parts of a body. That is why mind is being categorized differently here because of its influence. From our birth to death our entire life is controlled by our mind.One should consider the following points to make the mind healthy. 

  1, Avoid overthinking  on the negative things and make your mind ready to take positive stances always.                                     2, Our both conscious and subconscious minds are connected and work in different manuals, always maintain the coordination between them to take the proper decisions in proper time.                                                      3, Avoid giving much stress to your mind. If something goes wrong or unpredictable then have some break, give relax to your mind by closing you eyes for a while and restart again your leftovers.                              4, Closing of eyes and relaxing your body is the best relief for your mind, so try to do it often times in your daily routine.                    5, A little massage with some oil is really good for the relaxation and for the good health of your mind. You can do it daily or twice/thrice in a week.                                        6, Always make your mind very attentive specially while you are reading, listening or watching,doing office or any work where your mind works with body.Giving attention and alertness in these conditions is itself a good exercise for the mind.                                7, Controlling your anger is very good exercise for the mind.Sometimes,we have to face criticism,discrimination,humiliation from others,but rather being angry we should always have to be calm and wait for the proper time to act wisely.

A healthy soul: Our soul is the essence and most important thing of our body. It is of two types A good soul and A bad soul. It defines our character by ourselves. All our acts and deeds,good of bad are surely depends on our soul. Following are some points that makes your soul healthy.

1, To help others in their disturbing situations really gives you a great feeling of satisfaction and happiness. This is the best action that makes your soul healthy.               2, While helping a needy person, your body feels danger and your mind try to ignore or neglect,then also you help a person. Now who gave you the orders to do so,yes of course it is your good soul that indulges you to do. After this, seeing that person relaxed really makes your soul healthy.                          3, Your soul is a member of entire mankind like you. Any good or bad behaviour and act that you do has an effect on mankind and with your soul too. Therefore all your good acts makes your soul healthy and happy.        4, A healthy soul always push your body and mind to take positive thoughts and stances. Although your weaker soul indulges you towards the bad or negative stance.The results of action taken decides which one is stronger.The victory is always decided for the good soul and the same makes it a healthy soul.                                                          5, A beautiful soul has a body with beautiful heart in it. Heart is the only part that is extremely close to our soul. That is why people sometimes say 'that our heart is not allowing ' irrespective to the body and mind.Such feeling is itself a sign of a healthy soul that you have in you.                                  6, Our world is full of poor and needy people. Besides, many rich people have a lot, if all the rich people start doing charity and sharing, hopefully there will be no stats of people dying with hunger. This charity and sharing really makes your soul healthy as the soul itself wishes this from you.                7,Respect to elders,love and affection to the younger ones,understandings with relationships,helping others in their bad situations/conditions etc are the best measures and medicines that makes your soul healthy.
