A person,company or any kind of organisation who provides work or employment to the people in our society by giving wages or salary is known as the EMPLOYER. Being an employer is not an easy work as it requires so many efforts and skills to get the desired work from your employees in return of paying them. In old times, employers were just like the owner of their workers and the employees worked as the slaves and really they were just the slaves. There was a slavery system in which the employees had to work just for the stale and rotten meals of the day. Today the world has changed,now the employees are doing work only for their daily wages or monthly/yearly salaries. Employers have to consider so many laws,regulations,rules and rights of the employees. Still, there are some blood sucking employers but,some are very good employers too having good qualities.
